Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Every order ships from the United States with tracking. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Order by October 24 to get your lantern before Halloween. Buy 2 lanterns or more and shipping is free.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

The Lantern

How do I charge the lantern?

Simply plug it into any USB port or wall adapter with a USB-C cable.

What color is the light?

The lantern gives off a warm orange glow that lights up the Jack-O'-Lantern face, like a real carved pumpkin but without any flame.

Can kids carry it trick-or-treating?

Yes. It's small and light, with a soft hanging loop that's easy for little hands to hold. You can also hang it on a porch, a tree branch or a door.

Does it fold down?

Yes. The lantern has a collapsible design: expand it to decorate, then fold it down to store after Halloween.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, for trick-or-treating and in sheltered areas (covered porch, balcony, etc.). It is not waterproof and should not be left out in the rain.

Is it safe around children and pets?

There is no flame and no hot bulb, so it is a safer choice than candles around children and pets.

Can I use it every year?

Absolutely. Unlike a carved pumpkin, the PumpkinGlow lantern is fully reusable. Fold it away after Halloween and it will be ready again next year.
