1. Who we are

The store pumpkinglow.store is operated by Sofiane Kebaïli, trading as PumpkinGlow, 25 Rue Pablo Picasso, 78500 Sartrouville, France ("we", "us"). Full details are in our Legal Notice. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell rechargeable decorative pumpkin lanterns and related items. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible; small variations in color or finish may occur. Some images show styled or illustrative scenes.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Bundle discounts and promo codes (such as WELCOME10, valid once on a first order) are applied at checkout and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Payment is taken when you order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or the other methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a product is out of stock; in that case you will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery under the conditions of our Refund Policy.

7. Product use and safety

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Charge only with a suitable USB-C cable and power source. The lantern is a decorative item, not a toy: children should use it under adult supervision. Indoor, trick-or-treat and sheltered outdoor use only; do not leave it in the rain or immerse it in water.

8. Warranty and liability

Products are covered by the legal warranties that apply where you live. If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will replace or refund it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this store (texts, logo, visuals) belongs to PumpkinGlow or is used with permission and may not be reused without our written consent.

10. Personal data

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
