30-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories (including the charging cable).
- Contact us first through our contact form or at aevun.fr@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know and refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items, or where the law requires it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
