Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Every order ships from within the US.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship with tracking. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can occasionally happen during peak season or because of the carrier.

Halloween orders

To receive your order before Halloween, please order by October 24. Orders placed after that date may arrive after October 31.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, or free shipping when it applies, are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free when you buy 2 or more lanterns.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Address and delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us through our contact form or at aevun.fr@gmail.com and we will help you.
